Beckmead House is ideally situated just five minutes walk from the centre of Windermere village. We are a family run guest house with quality accommodation, and a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

choice of double or twin bedded rooms with either ensuite or private showers,
all are centrally heated, tastefully decorated and have colour TV, tea and coffee
making facilities, hairdryers and a range of toiletries.Breakfast at Beckmead is something special, there is a choice of fruit juices, various cereals, our freshly prepared yoghurts or fruit followed by a traditional English breakfast of bacon, egg, local Cumberland sausage, tomato, mushrooms, hashbrown etc. We also cater for vegetarian and special diets.
